Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the PD Incident Reports and FD Incident Reports mobile applications. Effective Date: April 3, 2026.

How The Apps Handle Information

The privacy model is straightforward and built around local control of report content.
Stored Locally
Incident details, photos, signatures, and department settings are intended to remain on the user's device unless the user exports or shares them.
Limited Technical Data
Analytics, crash reports, device identifiers, and ad-related data may be processed through third-party services to improve stability and support free-tier functionality.
User Controlled
Users control their reports and app data on their own device, including deletion and export decisions.
Defensive Thinking does not maintain a remote database of user-generated report content for PD Incident Reports and FD Incident Reports.
